Tavern Service Company was started in 1955 by Jack and Gloria Heath. Although we began as a beer line cleaning business, Jack was soon was supplying local bars with CO² gas and helping his customers pour the best beer! We’ve been in the draft beer business ever since. Tavern moved to its current location in Northridge in 1975, and opened its first retail store. People from all over Southern California come in to get hard to find beer parts, kegerators at a great price, to rent jockey boxes for a wedding or party or just to get kegs. We have used a few different dba’s over the years, including Brewwizards, The Draft Beer Store, Rainbow Balloons, Northridge Ice, and cylindermart.com. Consolidated under one name in 1994, Tavern Service is still a family run business and we are working on our third generation.
Owner John Aitchison is an award-winning home brewer with over 25 years experience. He is a BJCP National Beer and Mead Judge, and taught hundreds of people how to brew, how to judge, and beer appreciation classes. Owner Pam Aitchison is a BJCP Certified Beer and Mead Judge and has brewed for years.
As we grew over the years we added additional products like fountain syrups, helium & balloons, nitrogen, keg beer, ice, dry ice, home brewing supplies and draft beer parts. We are now one of the largest CO² companies in Southern California and offer delivery service on many of our products. We can fill your CO² and Nitrogen tanks in just a few minutes, and for those days you don’t feel like brewing, we have one of the largest selections of commercial keg beer in Los Angeles.

Tavern Service is located at 18228 Parthenia Street, Northridge, CA. We are two blocks east of Reseda Blvd, on the south side of the street. we have bulk potassium metabisulphate we can do it by the oz.
Do you have the connector fitting and hose coming out from the sankey? Also do you carry fiber oring for co2?
Yes we have several fittings that will connect you sankey coupler. we also have the fiber washers for sale and we give them to our customers that purchase CO2.
